Pierre Herme, 13 Lowndes Street, Belgravia.

Photograph by Bernhard Winkelmann.
available exclusively for Jubilee weekend,  from the 2nd until the 5th June only.

In celebration of the Jubilee weekend, and honouring British society, Pierre Herme Paris is proud to announce the creation of the Jubilee Macaron.

Description : Small round biscuit, crunchy on the outside, with a smooth and creamy filling, garnished with a milk chocolate and Earl Grey tea cream.

The effect is the soothing fragrance of a steaming cup of Earl Grey tea adapted to a macaron, with the smooth, creamy consistency of milk chocolate adding the finest harmony and delicate flavours to the taste of tea and bergamot. A perfect blend of flavours.

The Jubilee Macaron (£1.85) is available from Pierre Herme, 13 Lowndes Street, Belgravia.
