101 THINGS TO DO WITH AN EGG FOR WHEN I LEFT HOME AND WENT TO ART SCHOOL

What was there first thing you taught your children to cook? 
I DONT HAVE KIDS BUT MY GOD CHILDREN LOVE THE BISCUTS I TEACH THEM TO PREPARE

What was your mothers signature dish and do you try to copy it?
IT WAS AN AMAZING ROAST BUT SHE ALSO MADE BANANA WRAPPED IN PARMA HAM COVERED IN PARMASAN HOT SAUCE! AMAZING

What would you make to impress your partner?
 AN ITALIAN MEAL FROM SCRATCH – HOME MADE GARLIC BREAD, PASTA AND SAUCE WITH DELICIOUS WINE! 

What was your most memorable meal?
MY FIRST TRIP TO THE IVY AS I HAD SAVED UP ALL MY WAGES FROM BEING AN USHER WHEN I MOVED TO LONDON TO GO!

What was your biggest culinary disaster?
BURNING A LOT OF THINGS A LOT OF THE TIME! OH AND INVITING A DATE OVER AND SERVING HIM COLD CHICKEN! 

What's the worst meal you've ever had?
 ONE AT HIX IN SOHO IT WASNT THE FOOD IT WAS THE SERVICE!

COWS EYES IN INDIA!

THE SERVICE!!!!

BACK TO BASICS FOOD THAT TASTES GOOD AND ISNT TOO FANCY! OH AND DELI STYLE EATING! HAVE YOU BEEN TO EATALY IN NEW YORK!! LOVE IT

What would you do if you could choose any other career?
 ID OWN A B&B OR A CHIPPIE

What do you have for Christmas lunch?
EVERYTHING AND THE KITCHEN SINK I LOVE A REAL OLD FASHIONED XMAS DINNER!

  2. Nick in a chippie, with a hairnet. Now that would be worth seeing. Small or large chips?? and a savaloy sir? But really very funny and I want to come for Christmas dinner xx
