What was your biggest culinary disaster? I ONCE GOT MY TIMINGS SO WRONG THAT I SERVED RAW RICE TO MY DINNER GUESTS

What's the worst meal you've ever had? IT WAS AT A THREE MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT IN LONDON THAT SHALL REMAIN NAMELESS

WORST IS THAT SOME RESTAURANTS STILL USE FISH KNIVES.  I MEAN, COME ON!

What would you do if you could choose any other career? BEACH BUM

What do you have for Christmas lunch? TURKEY, OF COURSE
