A very good friend of mine , Kenny Grey used to work with Theo at The River Cafe and all those years ago said he was one to watch and indeed he is. It was a brave step opening his restaurant in the Intercontinental Park Lane as prior to this it had no reputation in regards to food.
Anyways he has pulled it off with aplomb. His sommelier is up to this point, the one I trust more than any other, his choices for each course were wonderful. So that's the food covered, the wine covered the only niggle was the service the product knowledge, of which admittedly there is a lot of, was not really up to scratch. All things considered well worth going to, oh and I forgot to say THE BEST lemon tart I have ever tasted. EVER.
