Tip top tip from sister Fi


AVAILABLE FROM WAITROSE

Wonderfully tender, slow cooked, shredded pork.
This award-winning Rillettes is produced in Le Mans and I think it is pretty exceptional.
A pork pâté seasoned with white pepper.
