The winners of the 2011 Observer Food Monthly Awards have been announced at a ceremony in London with Michel Roux Senior, Heston Blumenthal, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Yotam Ottolenghi among the winners.
The awards, now in their eighth year, celebrate the best in British food and produce, from independent producers to the UK's most revered chefs.
