Ice-cream sandwiches are v v popular in the U.S. of A but not so much over here, which is a great shame. However, they really easy to make. All you have to do is get some biscuits, or, make them yourself. Get your favourite ice-cream and make a sandwich with them. My favourite is a peanut butter biscuit with vanilla ice-cream, but the choice is endless. You will never look back.
